The Chosen

Immortal, indestructible, ineffable, powerful, all words used to describe those who call themselves the Chosen. What they are, where they come from, what chose them is unknown to all, even them. Many claim to know the truth, but it is all speculation. All that is known is one night they dreamed of being called by a higher power, and since that day have found themselves caught between alien powers and secret forces. Last night everything changed for you, welcome to the real world.

Each Chosen must choose their focus:
Chosen of the Blood who focuses on augmenting their body through their blood.
Chosen of the Arcane who focuses on augmenting the world through will alone.
Chosen of Spirits who focus on the balance between this world and the Shadow.
Chosen of Contracts that find power through ancient deals with the universe.
Chosen of the Underworld who funnel the power of the fallen through them.
 
The Chosen gain a bonus attribute dot based on their focus.
Blood may choose between Stamina and Strength.
Arcane may choose between Resolve and Intelligence.
Spirits may choose between Composure and Presence.
Contracts may choose between Wits and Manipulation.
Underworld may choose between Dexterity and Stamina
 
Chosen gain additional skill dots based on their sponsor. A character must have status 1 with the organization to gain the training dots or they get the bonus untrained dots.
 
 
The Dragon
3 dots in occult, 1 dot among the combat skills (Weaponry, Firearms, Brawl, Athletics), 1 in Academics
 
The Templars
1 in occult, 3 dots among combat skills, 1 dot in intimidation
 
The Illuminati
2 dots in Occult, 1 dot in stealth, 2 dots among combat skills
 
The Council of Venice
2 dots in occult, 1 dot among combat skills, 1 dot in Politics, and 1 dot in socialize
 
Unaligned or unmentioned organization gets 3 dots to spend as they wish.
 
Powers: The chosen have access to a wide array of powers and abilities, and may even learn powers from outside their focus at an increased cost.
 
Blood: This focus uses the discipline of the vampires, however bloodline disciplines and organization powers are outside the abilities of the Chosen.
 
Arcane: This focus uses the arcana of a mage, with the exception of the spirit arcana. However as this is not true supernal magic they may not exceed 5 dots in any arcana.
 
Spirits: This focus uses the Spirit arcana and the Sidhi of the Purified, as well as learn Werewolf Rites.
 
Contracts: The power of the changelings empowers this focus.
 
Underworld: The Keys and powers of the Sineaters lay available in this focus.
 
Also available with purchase with experience are Numina if they can find a being to teach it to them.
 
Chosen use Essence as a werewolf or spirit.
 
New Trait: Anima
Functioning as the supernatural tolerance trait for the Chosen it also determines their maximum Essence.

Innate Abilities
 
They heal at a rate of one point Bashing damage every five minutes. They heal Lethal damage at a rate of one point every four hours and Aggravated damage heals at a rate of one point every 12 hours.
 
When Killed The Chosen will resurrect at the last locus used by the Chosen within 10 miles. If there is no appropriate one they resurrect at the nearest Locus. This process takes one hour. When they come back they have all but 1+ Anima health levels filled with bashing.
 
A Chosen can always see twilight, and they may spend an essence to interact with Twilight for one scene.
 
They no longer need to eat or drink but may do so if they choose too. They also add their anima to rolls to resist disease and poison.
 
 
Unique Merits.
 
 
A Chosen may buy higher anima by sacrificing 5 merit points up to a max of Anima 3.
 
Room (-****)
Prerequisite: Safe Place *+
This merit affects the size of the safe place.
 
Extradimensional (**)
Prerequisite: Room *+
The safe place is outside general reality and can only be accessed by Magical means or Agartha, player choice.
